Our Weekly Update from Mrs Bowe...
12 September 2025
Thank you to everyone who came to our "Meet the Teacher" event. It was wonderful to see so many of you here, and we've had some lovely feedback. We believe that building a strong partnership between home and school is key to a child's success. We hope you enjoyed the afternoon as much as the children and we did. If you were unable to come yesterday, please contact me so we can arrange a time suitable for you.
On Wednesday, I had the pleasure of teaching each class, and it was a real highlight of my week. This will be part of regular timetable, working in each of the different classrooms each Wednesday to see all the fantastic learning and hard work happening across the school. It’s a great way for me to connect with the children and celebrate their achievements.
As we settle into the new term, it’s the perfect time to remind everyone about our school’s Golden Rules: Kind Words, and Kind Hands and Feet.
These rules aren't just about what we do; they're about how we make each other feel. When we use kind words, we lift people up. When we use kind hands and feet, we create a safe and respectful space for everyone. They all work together to build a positive and happy school community.
Please take a moment to chat with your child about these rules and how they can be a great friend and classmate.
