Good evening,

After much discussion and consideration, I am writing to inform you that school will be closed tomorrow. This is for the following reasons: 
* the potentially dangerous weather conditions

* reduced staff numbers, thus affecting the physical safety and wellbeing of our children 

Class teachers will set some work on Purple Mash for your children.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but the safety and wellbeing of our children is fundamental.
