Comic Relief Day 2021
IT'S RED NOSE DAY! This year, instead of wearing red noses in school we are paying for the privilege of wearing red to school, or wearing non-uniform. This year it’s never felt more important to have some fun and raise money to support people living incredibly tough lives. The money we raise in school will be sent to the Comic Relief Charity to help provide safety to families who need support; tackle mental health stigma; take action against domestic abuse and help to give children a brighter future. Thank you to everyone for supporting this!
Our Colour Run - 2019
The Color Run, also known as the Happiest 5K on the Planet, is a unique event that celebrates healthiness, happiness, and individuality. It is now the largest running series in the world, The Color Run has been experienced by over 7 million runners worldwide in 40+ countries. We, at Crosscanonby, had wonderful fun taking part own our very own Colour Run on Thursday 23rd May 2019. Many thanks to the PTA for organising this brilliant event, and also to all those who sponsored the children!

To celebrate a love of books and reading at home and school, we will be running a sponsored read/listening to stories between 1st March 2019 - 15th March 2019. All money raised will go towards brand new books for our school. please read the attached letter for more information.
